Family
Woke up in the morning and i
looked up at the sky… i thought
what is most important to me…
and the reasons why…
made alot of mistakes in my life
but i know in the end… i got
great people to turn to… like my
family and friends
sunday nights when we get together…
we joke and we’re loud…but ill
love them all till the end of time kuz
they each make me proud…
some people they focus too much
on being rich and having it all
they dont realise what they’re missing
kuz what we got you cant buy at no store…
sure we have our arguments but
we’ll stick together kuz we know how
family is the greatest treasure
i hope you see what im saying now
greatest lesson in life may be to
never lose the ones you love
they’re the ones who count
so dont give a dam what others are thinking of
made alot of mistakes in my life
but i know in the end… i got
great people to turn to like my
family and friends…
Mum & Dad
put a pillow to lay my head on
gave me a table and put my food on
gave me a shelter to keep me from the rain
(ah yeah)
you kept me safe when i was a child
even though i acted so wild
couldnt help but love you all the same
(ah yeah)
you would always be there on sidelines
cheerin me on through good and bad times
i could always depend on you to be there
